Research On The Management Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

With the further development of market economy in China,farmers' retail economic production mode by themselves has been unable to meet the market demand,so we must take measures to improve the level of agricultural development in China.Theory and practice prove that the establishment of the development of farmers' professional cooperatives can solve the problems.If the farmers' professional cooperatives are properly managed,it can not only improve the quality of agricultural products and the market position of the farmers,but also meet the economic interests of the members.So how to effectively manage the professional cooperation of farmers has become an urgent problem to solve for the current government.Tai'an has vast rural areas,the basis to develop the farmers' professional cooperatives.According to the specific situation of Tai'an,we can combine the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Tai'an with the city's general economic development,strengthen the management of cooperatives,take some measures to promote the development of economic and he farmers' professional cooperatives in Tai'an.In addition to the introduction,this paper consists of five parts:The first part is an overview of farmers' professional cooperatives,we introduce the definition and characteristics of farmer cooperatives,analyzes the infiuence and trend of farmers' professional cooperatives.The second part introduce the current situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Tai'an and the six main mode.The third part is the problems and causes of Tai'an farmers cooperatives management,we point out that the Tai'an farmers' professional cooperatives is facing four issues,farmers' participation consciousness is not strong,cooperative operation is not standardized,a larger proportion of low end industries,weak risk resistance four,the case of these four issues are that lack of good financial supervision,poor quality of the cooperative staff,disadvantages in terms of the costs and goverment support.The forth part introduces the advanced experience of rural cooperative economic organizations of foreign countries.There are three kinds of foreign advanced management mode of rural cooperative economic organization development,American model,Japanese model and the German model.We sum up the four enlightenment of foreign economic cooperation organization development:the legislation should be perfected,the internal organization of cooperatives should be improved,and the cooperative education should be attached great importance to innovation and combination.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the farmers' cooperative economic organization in Tai'an,From the propaganda and education,organizational management,government support and personnel training in four aspects,.
