At present,China's economic development has evolved into the new type of market competition with the characteristics of the new normal,differentiation and quality-benefit which is gradually replacing the past competition type of scale expansion and price war.China is thoroughly beginning the era of "Internet +".Some new concepts and models,such as mobile internet,cloud technology,IOT(internet of things),E-commerce and big data have great impact on traditional Chinese manufacturing and marketing system.Facing the current changes on market competition environment,the enterprises of traditional manufacturing should consider how to break through development bottleneck,how to transform and upgrade by means of the internet,which are the main problems in the environment of the new normal.Based on the research object of E-commerce marketing model of H Group and from the perspective of marketing strategy,the paper has diagnosed the problems existing in its current situation of marketing and analyzed the environment of E-commerce development.The paper studies and builds up marketing strategy system of e-commerce for H Group so as to promote the theoretic research and development of B2C in the marketing of "Internet + manufacturing".The supports on decision and action are also provided in the paper so as to build the model of e-commerce platform and innovate marketing system in the industry of machine tool for H Group.
