As people's living standard is higher and higher,customers' demand on bakery products has been improved accordingly,from the early pursuit of food and clothing,to the middle of the pursuit of green,organic and ecological food,to the present pursuit of the food with personalized service.This demand on the baking industry provides baking companies rare historical opportunities.Founded in 2007,Changsha Luodi Gongzhu company is a enterprise which focus on the manufacturing and sales of the baking food and coffee drinks productio.After years of rapid development,the company now owns nearly hundred of subcompanies in hunan province and surrounding areas.WeChat as a marketing platform for businesses and consumers soon get attention with the popularization of Wechat users.This article expound how Luodi Gongzhu company sales its products in the platform of We Chat marketing effectively so as to improve its market share.By analyzing the current situation and problem analysis of Luodi Gongzhu company,this paper is trying to show the achievement from the newly created business model and the deep-seated reasons of this company.This paper has used integrated various theories of marketing,and with a lot of reading about the basis of the theoretical literature,combined with the actual situation and the characteristics of the industry development.This paper analyses the business model of Luodi Gongzhu company from few angle,such as: strategic positioning,products structure,current administration.Then,analyses the problem and upgrading requirements on the current marketing model and market investigation on the products and service based on the analysis of the SWOT.And finally,as to these problems,this paper,based on current industry developments and related policy requirements,combined with the company's own characteristics,is trying to provide a new Wechat sales plan for Luodi Gongzhu company.This paper attempts to study the core competitiveness for WeChat marketing,hoping that it could enrich some development strategy for Luodi Gongzhu company,deepen and develop the marketing theory for Luodi Gongzhu company.With the basic marketing theory and methods,plus the competition characteristics of WeChat marketing,to make and implement the WeChat marketing for Luodi Gongzhu company,so as to effectively guide and promote the marketing programimplementation for Luodi Gongzhu company.Also,this paper,as a theory and practice reference,it helps to speed up the management performance for Luodi Gongzhu company,and lay a solid foundation for supporting Luodi Gongzhu company to realize the billions strategic objectives.
