Research On Application Of Comprehensive Budget In A Life Insurance Company

Comprehensive Budget Management is one of the important management tools in modern enterprises management.It plays an important role in improving compre hensive risk prevention ability,reducing transaction cost as well as resource allocation level and ensuring the realization of strategic objectives.The paper propose the research ideas based on the review of the research background and current research situation,researching the process and method of life insurance company's comprehensive budget management through analyzing the case of the A-Life private insurance company.The first part of the paper is theoretical analysis,explaining the basic content of the Comprehensive Budget Management,the main content and then to analyse the general idea of modern enterprise to implement comprehensive budget management as well as laying foundation for the follow-up research.And then the paper discusses the necessity of practicing the comprehensive budget management of the private life insurance companies.The author reveals the function and significance of the comprehensive budget management of the private life insurance companies through analyzing the present situation and the problems of the private life insurance companies,On the basis of the theoretical analysis and the first-hand information implementation of comprehensive budget management of the A-Life,so this is a typical case analysis.Firstly,we analyse the present situation of comprehensive budget management in A-Life then introducing the organization structure of budget preparation and implementation as well as evaluation of Comprehensive Budget Management.Also we analyzes the causes of existing problems.The paper propose the optimization plan of solvency index supervision based on the status quo of A-Life's comprehensive budget management and the supervision requirements of solvency core index;We set performance indicators as the core performance evaluation system since there is no effective performance appraisal system in A-life comprehensive budget management.Finally,the author propose the suggestion and guarantee measures for the application of the optimized design scheme in A-Life and then sum up the whole paper and draws the basic conclusion.
