A Study On The Influence Of Public Participation To The Public Participation In The Construction Of Smart City

In recent years,the concept of smart city is more and more respected by the city manager,China’s "13th Five-Year" plan clearly put forward to promote the wisdom of the city to foster the development of new power.But the development of smart city cannot do without the overall management and guide the construction planning layer,in order to ensure that the wisdom of city construction planning to build scientific guidance of the wisdom of the city,to encourage and promote public participation in the process of its establishment and implementation plan.Public participation as an important embodiment of modern democracy,is to maintain the scientific and democratic decision-making,restricting the public power expansion,an important mechanism to protect the public interests of the public,scientific and reasonable to promote public participation in the wisdom of city construction planning can not only enhance the decision-making,but also enhance the level of public satisfaction with the wisdom of city construction,strengthen the social foundation smart city construction,promote the deep development of the wisdom of the city.Based on the current situation of domestic and foreign research,this paper determines the research content and research methods of the article,and designs the research framework of the article.First,explain the basic theory of the wisdom of the city planning and construction of public participation and public satisfaction,focuses on the analysis of the relationship with the public satisfaction of the public participate in the wisdom of the city construction planning,and expounds the influence factors of public participation in public satisfaction.Secondly,from the perspective of public participation in the context of China perspective,select six latent variables to build smart city planning and construction of public participation in the concept model of public satisfaction,hypothesis and explain each variable meaning of research.Again,through the empirical research on Xiangtan City Jiuhua Economic Development Zone,the model will fit questionnaire data,obtained through the model test of the hypothesis test results.Finally,according to the results of empirical research,the corresponding strategies are proposed.
