The Measures Researches Of Food Industry In Hubei Province And Learning From Foreign Experience

In 2014,the world food safety commission issued a report,which shows that the global annual grain loss and waste phenomenon is very outstanding,it causes a great waste of natural resources,and also people pay more attention to it.As the world's food production and consumption power country,our country also faces the problem.Cultivated land in China was only about 9% of the world's,but China's population accounts for 21% of the world's total population,the information fully reflects our country has a big population and little land,and food is in a tight balance of supply and demand.As the world's most populous country,the demand for food each year is about 500 million tonnes(1 trillion tons),account for nearly a quarter of the world's total production.From current situation,our country's food continues to increase in grain production,supply and demand state are obviously improved.But in quite a long time in the future,as our country's population growth rigidity,food demand will continue to grow,so at the same time of making efforts to improve food production,how to reduce the grain loss of postpartum problems will become more and more important.At present,China's grain production losses and waste phenomenon is increasing,especially in the processing,consumption,storage and transportation links,Hubei province as the big province of grain processing industry,whose waste problem in food processing is very common,studying the processing of grain losses has an important practical significance to the construction of resource saving and environment-friendly society,and ensure national food security.This article through analyzes the domestic and foreign food waste processing loss and impairment of grain measures,rice,wheat,corn and soybean processing link loss waste situation,and then based on clearing up the data of foreign food processing industry,learning lessons from foreign experience,combining with the fact of Hubei province,working out measures for food processing industry development,to achieve the goal of grain loss,realize the sustainable development of food industry,ensure national food security and the effective supply of major agricultural products.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which analyzes background and significance,literature review,research contents and methods and innovations.The second part introduces the policies and measures to reduce the waste of foreign food processing.The third part is to analysis the domestic food waste processing loss and related policies and measures.The fourth part is comparative empirical analysis of the grain loss of the domestic and international food processing policies and measures.The fifth part is combined with the practical situation of the food processing industry development of Hubei Province,formulating the measures to reduce the grain loss.The sixth part conclusion and prospect.
