| With the advancement of the "Green Shanxi,Gasification Shanxi"policy,as the main green energy vehicles project,natural gas vehicles are widely promoting.According to The 12th five-year plan outline of Shanxi province,the gas stations target is:at the end of The 12th Five-Year Plan,the number of gas stations in Shanxi will be 393,and the gas stations network was basically completed.With the continuous progress of the goal,the number of gas station in the city is growing fast,although after the strict examination and approval and inspection,the safety of gas stations is still a big problem.CNG filling stations are always placed in the densely populated and traffic areas.Once the occurrence of safety accidents may cause great economic losses and casualties,and may bring great influence to the stable development of urban society and economy.At the same time,the development of natural gas vehicle industry will also be greatly hinderedThis paper mainly studies the safety risk of the CNG filling station construction project.Through the use of scientific methods of analysis,the hazards and harmful factors of CNG filling station construction projects was identified,various factors affecting the safety of the project was find out and its influence level has been analyzed and evaluated.This is an important practical significance to improve the quality of the Jinzhong CNG filling station construction project,improve its safety and reduce unnecessary social losses.This paper took a CNG filling station construction project in Jinzhong city as an example,analyzed its safety technology and management,and hoped to provide a valuable reference for the safety construction of the similar CNG filling stations in the future.Research on this subject will encourage a better promote of the development and application of clean energy in Jinzhong,optimization of the city’s air quality and the environment,improve the quality of life of the people,to build the environment-friendly society,increase motivation to achieve the goal of The 13th Five-Year Plan. |
