The State Council put forward mixed ownership reform, requirements on the part of China's owned enterprise reform and restructuring, and gradually developed a reform to deepen the implementation of the program, as part of the China Owned Enterprises, KC company which belong to Wuhan Iron and steel company is gradually to seek changes pattern, from the original by WISCO main factories affiliated transaction subsidies to survive the situation changes for self-reliance, market oriented new development pattern, which proposed new challenges to the KC company, strategic layout requirements higher, more long-term to adapt to market demand, the.KC company of Wuhan Iron and steel company transformed from the traditional service industry to modern urban service industry.the past,it rely on WISCO the affiliated transaction inside the market to external market economy seeks the new change, from the labor enterprises to change the enterprise of knowledge management. In a fully competitive market, good strategic plans, development goals, core competitiveness is a prerequisite of enterprise growth based on the sociaty.This thesis engaged in for food and beverage of WISCO KC company as the research object, through the PEST analysis method, external environment, internal environment and resource and capability analysis are analyzed in this paper. The advantage and disadvantage in the opportunities and threats, and companies owned by the company of the business forum. And then through the use of internal and external(ie) matrix analysis model and the strategy analysis model to the company currently involved in the business: group meals for meal service, beverage sales operation and business etc. are analyzed and evaluated, thus to make strategic choices, determine the company's future development goals.The main research of this paper is to seek the sustainable development of the company through the establishment of regional development and industrial diversification, in order to solve the problem of a dollar industry, the company's comprehensive threat of paralysis. Therefore, after a detailed analysis of the internal and external environment of the KC company, I use the knowledge of strategic management and personal experience will eventually KC of Wuhan Iron and steel company future development strategic design: related diversification and regional industrial chain business development.
