After ten years of rapid development, China's automobile consumption market has been close to saturation, and the development speed has been decreased year by year. Car replacement are getting faster and faster?The development cycle time of new car become shorter. The life cycle of a new car is also becoming shorter and shorter. The develop cost of a new car which is amortized to car become higher and higher, almost double. In order to reduce the proportion of new car development costs, the auto parts enterprises have also launched a new round of competition in program cost management between the major auto parts enterprises quietly launched. How to make cost management more efficiency, which with lower cost and higher quality, to support enterprise get more business advantages in market has become the big auto parts enterprises competing force. Project cost management has become the focus of the automotive interior industry. The one who has better cost management may occupy more market share. In a project, each enterprise has its own cost management system and their own internal cost management methods and processes. During a project, company saved cost with project cost management system, which the actual cost is lower than budget, but in the marketing, does not get more advantage than competitors. How to make enterprise in leading position on cost management based on the enterprise circumstance, and refer to other company's method and achievement, with continue improvement on his own cost management system,is where big auto part company make effort.At present, domestic project cost management theory research has made many achievements after years of development. There are lots of project cost management research on system, architecture, method and strategy. But most of the research is focused on the demand of project cost management requirement. No research is related to enterprise situation and focus on project cost single unit. To realize a project cost management system from inside to outside.If each of the cost unit is well managed, the result of project management would be a good cost optimization. And this will be very big improvement on project cost management system which everybody is the cost management owner.In this thesis, the research is based on work requirement. At the beginning introduce the project cost management system and method. After that analysis the project management and find the problems in project cost management. Then take P94 IP project as sample, analysis the cost management status of purchasing cost, human cost and travel cost. With scientific analysis, list the cost management problem on P94 IP, and find the root cause. Finally aiming at specific problems and combined with the case F Company, use the theory and methods of cost management to find solutions. And give suggestion on project supplier selection with AHP method, project standard localization, improve work efficiency and optimize travel system with WBS creation. To solve F the existing deficiency of project cost management in company F.
