At present, China's small and medium-sized enterprises, no matter the advanced technology ones or competitive high-end talent ones, compete to improve the performance of the enterprise. Along with the improvement of people's attention on the issue of fairness,small and medium-sized enterprises need to take effective measures to improve the fair atmosphere within the enterprise, to enhance employee engagement level through the organization of internal fairness improvement, and ultimately to improve the performance of employees and achieve business goals. However, the previous studies paid more attention on the impact of organizational justice directly on job performance. Less was paid on the mechanism of intermediary. Under the backdrop of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises, the present paper takes the engagement as intermediary variable and explores the impact of the organizational justice and engagement on the performance in small and medium-sized enterprises in order to give some enlightenment to the domestic small and medium-sized enterprise management practice.From the perspective of China's small and medium-sized enterprises, based on in-depth and systematic researches on the related theories of employee organizational justice, engagement and job performance, the present study aims to verify the relationships among the organizational justice, engagement and job performance in domestic small and medium sized enterprises, as well as the intermediary role of engagement between the organizational justice and job performance. This paper also hopes to use the research conclusions, puts forward more effective management strategies and methods for the managers of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country,meanwhile, this paper can provide a direction for small and medium-sized enterprises of our country to improve the performance of employees.This paper takes seven domestic representative small and medium-sized enterprises as the object of investigation. The sample is 300 employees in small and medium-sized enterprises range from Harbin, Daqing, Hunan and Guangxi. In this study, the empirical analysis part mainly uses SPSS20.0 for descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis,validity analysis, differences in demographic variables, correlation analysis, regression analysis and engagement of intermediary role, finally verifies original assumptions.The results show that, organizational justice has a positive influence on the employee engagement in the domestic small and medium-sized enterprises; organizational justice has a positive influence on the job performance; engagement has a positive and significant influence on job performance of employee, and plays an intermediary role between the organizational justice and job performance. On the basis of conclusions, executives of small and medium-sized enterprises can set up the salary distribution systems and policies,strengthen employees' participation systems, and build accessible communication channels for small and medium-sized enterprises, improve employee engagement evaluation and management systems, strengthen the culture construction of small and medium-sizedenterprises and other measures to improve the small and medium-sized enterprise employees' organizational justice and engagement, finally improve their job performance and achieve organizational goals.
