A Study On Influence Factors Of Enterprise Inclusive Innovation Based On The Investigation Analysis From 21 Provinces In Chinese Context

In recent years,inclusive innovation has attracted significant attention in different government and academic circle over the world.Brazil,India,Philippine and some other countries have increased the attention to inclusive innovation,for example by establishing professional leadership institutions,setting up innovation fund and so on to promote the development of inclusive innovation and solve problems in development.As it was pointed out by Premier Li Keqiang,China has fall into middle-income trap and the next five years will be the important phase to span the trap.According to Accenture's report,the scale of middle and low-class consumption in China may reach up to 4 trillion in 2020.Inclusive innovation is of great practical significance to stimulate consumption demands in bottom-end of the market and get out of middle-income trap.China has strengthened the focus on inclusive innovation in recent years,the Chinese academy of science and technology development strategy in 2015 released its latest research report about inclusive innovation.However,China has not researched inclusive innovation theory and practice deeply,and do not know the key influence factors of enterprise inclusive innovation.Therefore the research on influence factors of enterprise inclusive innovation seems to be rather important in China,no matter through theoretical perspective or practical one.This study takes enterprise inclusive innovation as the main line,this study arranges as the following research procedures:problem posing,literature review,constructing the theory framework of the influence factors of enterprise inclusive innovation,establishing system of indicators about the influence factors of enterprise inclusive innovation,exploratory analysis,confirmatory analysis,countermeasures and suggestions,adopts questionnaire survey,structural equation model,factor analysis model and so on,research the influence factors of enterprise inclusive innovation in China.In the first place,this study constructs a theoretical framework of influence factors of enterprise inclusive innovation,including government policy,enterprise ability,regional innovation environment,market environment and individual factors,based on arrangement of related materials.Furthermore,on basis of theoretical framework established as well as related research work,another indicator system of influential factors for enterprise inclusive innovation is built up,establishing 5 likert scale questionnaire,collecting data by sending questionnaires,conduct the empirical analysis by implementing exploratory analysis approaches,and restructure the questionnaire factors layer.Thirdly,this study put forward the research hypothesis based on the result of exploratory analysis,and build up structural equation model of influence factors of enterprise inclusive innovation to test the hypothesis.By empirical analysis the research comes to the conclusion that positive influence factors for conditions of enterprise inclusive innovation lie in entrepreneurship and characteristics of senior officials,enterprise absorbing and marketing ability and embeddedness ability.Among these factors,entrepreneurship and characteristics of senior officials are considered as the most influential ones,enterprise absorbing and marketing ability takes second place,the embeddedness ability takes third place,in contrast,government policy plays an inefficient role in promoting inclusive innovation.The study makes its constructive contribution in following aspects:In the first place,it sets forth the analysis framework of five influence factors of enterprise inclusive innovation and extends the research in this field.Secondly,this study establishes an indicator system of influence factors of enterprise inclusive innovation base on the review of a great number of research materials,and taking content and characteristics of inclusive innovation into consideration.Thirdly,this study adopts such approaches as questionnaires,factor analysis model,structural equation model and other methods,therefore,the research conclusion can be more credible.
