| As the world tourism develops rapidly,new forms of tourism and continuously enrich the content, tourism festival has become a new form of tourism, "Beloved." Since the 1980 s, China's development of festivals just 30 years, has over a million various festivals around the country almost every county has a festival, but many festivals are often held several sessions not long, influential is only a handful of festivals, tourism festivals academic studies have shortcomings.Based upon this, this essay summarizes the research background, purpose,significance and status of tourism festivals abroad research; defining the concepts festival, festival tourism, festival tourism resources, and according to the current study describes the characteristics of tourism festivals, the relevant category and the five related Thesis theories, including the theory of factor endowments, industry association theory, core competence theory, system theory, sustainable development theory; and analyzes the festival tourism resources development conditions, establish a festival tourism development value index system resources for expert questionnaires, with SPSS factor analysis performed analysis, the festival tourism resources development value index system and weight; Tianshui Fuxi culture Festival for the case analysis, analysis of the intension Tianshui Fuxi culture, values and history of the festival and Tianshui Fuxi culture Tourism Festival development background and development status, and Tianshui locals and tourists to conduct field research, analysis of questionnaire by factor analysis to identify Fuxi culture Festival development problems; problem-strengthening regional cooperation, specifically Tianshui tourism image, the integration of tourism resources, development of tourism commodities, increase publicity efforts and deal with the relationship between government and residents of recommendations to promote Tianshui Fuxi culture Festival healthy and sustainable development. |
