Research On E-commerce Knowledge Management Based On Information Ecological Chain

In 21 century with the social background the knowledge economy,knowledge has become the most important resource for e-commerce enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.Therefore,the academic circle has done continuous and in-depth discussion and research on knowledge management in e-commerce enterprises,but combined with the exiting documents,we can know that the concentration of most studies is still in the knowledge management under the ecommerce enterprise operation pattern.Meanwhile,with the high-speed growing of e-commerce,information ecological trend of e-commerce is getting increasingly distinct.Because of the complicated and volatile environment,e-commerce enterprise not only focus on o.wn knowledge management construction,but only put knowledge management into the information ecological environment,so as to adjust knowledge management strategy to adapt to environmental change.So in this paper,research on knowledge management in e-commerce enterprises from information ecological chain perspective has theoretical value and practical significance.Through exploring the characteristics,influencing factors and its long-term evolution of e-commerce knowledge management from the perspective of information ecological chain,it is useful to deeply understand knowledge management mode of e-commerce enterprises and provide more effective and reasonable suggestions for e-commerce enterprises to conduct knowledge management activities.This paper launches the research on these problems from the following aspects.Firstly,combining with the characteristics of information ecological chain,the paper set forth the concept of knowledge management in e-commerce,and analyzed the influencing factors of knowledge management in e-commerce enterprises,then put forward e-commerce knowledge management integrated model from the perspective information ecological chain.Secondly,from the point of acting factors,the factors of knowledge management in e-commerce enterprises were divided into three aspects of knowledge,information subjects and information environment,and raised research hypothesis and theoretical model.Make measurement scale accordingly,through release and recovery the questionnaire to obtain data,and use EFA to inspect the scale quality so as to determine the final scale.Do empirical test of hypotheses by means of the SEM to analyze and deal the questionnaire data,and then gain empirical conclusions.Thirdly,from the view of system operation,the paper introduced relevant concept and theory of system dynamics,and established knowledge management quantitative model in e-commerce from the perspective of information ecological chain,in order to uncover the long-term evolution of e-commerce knowledge management based on information ecological chain.According to knowledge management model in e-commerce from information ecological chain and factors obtained from empirical research,the paper delineated the causality diagram and system flow diagram.Then use Vensim software to simulate and get the evolution process of knowledge management behavior in e-commerce enterprises from the angle of information ecological chain,and design policies based on the sensitivity analysis.Finally,from the angle of countermeasures and suggestions,based on the theoretical research of knowledge management in e-commerce enterprises on the basis of information ecological chain,the paper combined with the present fact of knowledge management in e-commerce enterprises,and proposed some strategies and advices to enhance knowledge management performance of e-commerce enterprises,hoping to have certain guiding significance to the knowledge management activities of e-commerce enterprises in China.
