With the development of the insurance industry,insurance products and price become more homogeneous after increasing competition for insurance resource and insurance agents.In order to increase competition,Ping an insurance Company of China(PA)was the first company that implemented channel management among the industry in 2008.Therefore,market share of PA rose to second from third for five years.Other insurance companies follow the example of PA because of PA's success in the implementation of channel management.Sales channel model is widely used in property & casualty insurance company.PA's implementation of channel management has weakened and several disadvantages have emerged,such as extensive management,lack of comprehensive and systematic long-term planning,unbalance development between different channels.Therefore,it is necessary for PA keep leading position to integrate channel,and it is imperative.In this dissertation,PA is regard as research object.I provide a design plan of channel integration,according to the analysis of channel characteristics,development status,existing problems and utilizing current domestic and foreign channels management theories.This plan contains integration of ideas & principles,influence factors,mode selection,ways and suggestions.Then it will achieve information sharing,optimization of resource,efficiency improvement,stability of platform,decrease of conflict,control of channels and increase of profit.In conclusion,PA's channels can harmonize each other by internal channels integration of structure,relation,process,terminal,products,services and external integration of customers,partners,subsidiaries,other external elements.It will effort to promote PA developing healthy and sustainably.
