The Study About Problems And Suggestions Of Financial Special Funds Management Of The L City

In recent years, the leaks and deficiency are still exist in the management of financialspecial funds, although more and more attention has been paid to by the local government.It is more obvious in the basic level of financial sectors that embezzlement often happen. Therefore, enhance the management of financialspecial funds is an important part and inevitable requirement to realize fiscal standardized, scientific and meticulous management.This article use literature search and research method to summed up the domestic and foreign financial management mode and take a case analysis of the financialspecial funds management of L city, combined with personal practical work. It analyze the management model which contains the basic financial situation and financial income and expenditure scale. It points that there are lots of problems in the management of the financialspecial funds management such as source of budget management is not reasonable,too much more financial accounts which are too complicated and messy, the funds amount is too large that contains high risks, lack of internal mutual supervision, poor awareness of financial security. And then, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions that are strengthening the budget management reasonably,clearing up the financial accounts, activating the fixed financial funds, accomplish the treasury tingle account system and enhance the meticulous management. The author's idea is that in order to manage it well, it needs the the joint efforts of each aspect and rigorous coordination of each department.
