This study based on the analysis of comparative advantage and competitive advantage theory. The detail of this study is about China's and Thailand's trade in tourism services from 2005 to 2014 and also show the cooperation in tourism between China and Thailand; in the number of inbound tourists in each country, the amount of revenue from inbound tourists in each country, the number of outbound tourists in each country and also the main factors that influence those numbers changed in each country.In addition, this paper shows the result of the market share of international Tourism services, Trade Competitive Index (TC index) and also Revealed Comparative Advantage Index (RCA index) for both China and Thailand from 2005 to 2014 and then show the analysis of their international competitiveness in tourism.Furthermore, by studying and analyzing China's and Thailand's existing tourism problems, we found that the main tourism problems in China are international openness, tourist service infrastructure, environmental sustainability, Chinese government and business environment in tourism, the quality of human resources and labour market, and trade deficit in tourism. For Thailand, the main tourism problems are safety and security, ground and air transport infrastructure, tourist attraction's environment, the number and quality of human resources and labour market, high-elasticity relationship between the inbound tourists and the revenue from inbound tourists, the difference and conflict between Thai culture and other cultures. Moreover, this paper shows the suggestions for China's and Thailand's tourism in order to develop their tourism. Finally, this paper also suggests the cooperation between China and Thailand.
