It reflects the human and natural scenery which the minority residents reclaimed from generation to generation with wisdom and hard work,and also the folk customs which preserved for thousands of years in the production activities. With the advance of industrialization and urbanization, crisis rises in the protection of traditional villages. Tourism development has brought opportunities and challenges for national traditional settlement areas.More and more travelers are paying interest in traditional settlement,more and more experts and scholars began to focus on the protection of national traditional settlement.For now, the case area Zhaoxing build the town in 2013.It’s local economy developed owing to the the prosperous of tourism, the number of local residents who goes in the tourism increases.The lifestyle of local people is more and more urbanized. But Zhaoxing is not very popular, one of the important reason is the tourist attraction is not high, tourism potential has not been fully excavated.After summarizing the researches of tourism attraction and the tourism of national traditional settlement, combined with the survey data obtained,through mathematical analysis,the paper trys to build a tourist attraction evaluation system of national traditional settlement. The system includes six level indicators, they are: the authenticity, tourism resources endowment, accessibility, tourism products, tourism environment, image recognition, and 21 secondary indicators. Next, the paper took Zhaoxing for example to have the factors within the system been importance-performance analysis. Finding that authenticity, tourism resources endowment, environment these three indicators need to be paid continuing efforts, accessibility don’t need deliberate pursuit, currently no important consideration is needed to the tourism products or the tourism image perception.The evaluation results of Zhaoxing tourist attraction directly reflects the development of its tourism advantages and disadvantages which exists. For these conditions, the paper proposes the corresponding strategy. Firstly, consisting the enhance policy which needs to coordinate the stakeholders and to maintain the overall primordial. Secondly, holding on to the appropriate adjustment strategy which means to increase the quantity of experiential activities, to extend the visitors’ residence time.
