| Rural Tourism is a new kind of tourism which attracts visitors with its unique rurality and natural scenery.It develops items like holiday consuming and some entertainment projects taking advantage of beautiful environment、countryside landscape、special buildings and cultural resources.Since its racing development in China,it has played an important role in increasing farmers’ income、boosting industrial structure adjustment、making the best of rural manpower surplus and eventually promoting the local economical development.As one of the domestic rural tourism demonstration villages,Pengdun’s tourism income has increased year by year,and its rural tourism has great potential developing ability.However,more and more problems and bottleneck factors has showed up,which restricts the sustainable development of rural tourism in Pengdun.In this circumstance,this paper studies on the development of Pengdun’s rural tourism based on relative theories and realities.First of all,we got some data of Pengdun’s rural tourism through searching the yearbook and simply calculation,and then described the general situation、developing history and current circumstances of it.In the next part of the paper,we analyzed all the opportunities like the racing demand of rural tourism、prompting tourism innovation and government support and threats such as fierce outer competition and challenging demands of consumers that Pengdun is facing,.Then,highlighting some developing problems like blurry tourism position、low revisit rate、dying-out rurality、low-level brand awareness and poor management has been summed up and we thought planning、culture、and human resources are the main reasons.In the end,this paper draws lessons from advanced developing experiences both at home and abroad,in association with various theories.With a view to the realities in Pengdun,pointing at the current problems,we come up with policy suggestions to enhance the healthy and orderd development of Pengdun’s rural tourism:make overall arrangements of rural tourism and get accurate positioning;diversify the tourism production to fulfill the various demands of rural tourists;exploit the connotation of rural culture and get "trurality" back;make the special brand image to improve comprehensive competitiveness;make the best use of the information network platform and strengthen the marketing efforts;improve comprehensive quality of the employees and raise the management level. |
