Blink of China's securities market has gone through a journey of more than 20 years of wind and rain, in the twenty years of China's economy remains high speed growth, become the world's second largest economy. In the twenty years of development process, China did not have the capital market at the beginning to today's multi-level capital market, from the original no specification capital operation mechanism of capital operation mechanism to now in order, from the original capital weak to today's capital power, from the general lack of consciousness of the original capital to capital management, development speed and the achievements of China's securities market to draw attention of the world. Along with the rising international status, China's stock market in the global market capitalisation of more than of trillions of dollars in exchange, the Shanghai stock exchange is the only representatives of the emerging market countries, showing the vigorous life of China's capital market and the important position. For more than 20 years, China's economy has made remarkable achievements, these results partly thanks to the progress and development of the securities market, securities market rapidly expanding greatly accelerate the economic transformation in China, expand the financing channels, enterprises changed the financial landscape rely on indirect financing, easing the burden on the bank, better solve the enterprise financing difficult question. However, in China's booming securities market at the same time also appeared a series of problems, make China's stock market falling short, cattle bear, due to the particularity of Chinese stock market investors structure, cause of insider trading, herding, copycat effect such as speculation, makes a lot of ordinary investors losses. The current investors mainly use fundamental analysis and technical analysis, and based on these two methods and to derive tens of thousands of stock investment analysis theory and operation strategy. Throughout the current stock analysis theory and operating strategies to a certain extent, there are some problems, such as the operation process, difficult and complex, the data acquisition precision was lacking. Many investment analysis method and the strategy did not increase the benefits of investors and effectively control risk, on the contrary, many investors in the market to determine dilemma, disoriented.This paper systematically studies and analyzes the cause and the various factors affecting the stock price fluctuations, find out the key factors that affect the share price, in combination with famous Wall Street investment guru of the idea of trading decisions, by analytic hierarchy process (ahp) construct the stock trading decision model, and the model was a lot of practical application research. Through empirical test, this model can provide market judgment for the majority of investors and stock selection decision, judge the trend of market in the future and to be able to accurately stock timing, so that they can effectively help investors for risk control and increasing investment returns.
