In the fierce competition of the marketing economy, human resource has been one of the key factors for enterprise development. One of the main methods of human resource management is to increase staff's initiative by focusing on staff motivation. As a result, it can achieve the goal of enterprise development. The level of the enterprise's incentive about employees can reflect the overall competitiveness of the enterprises in the market. At present, many small and medium international trade enterprises are still at low level of employee motivation. The turnover rate in these companies is high. This situation of human resource seriously affects their development. It has been the most important problem that how to improve the incentive level for enhancing competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes an international trade companies-PDC international trade company as the research object. Through the investigation on this company's staff, the problem of human resource management in the company can be seen and solved. On the basis of the employees' need, the relationship between staff's efficiency and various incentives can be described. Finally, it can be found out what reasons result in the low incentive level of company. The corrective actions in PDC international trade company include:adjust the salary incentive by improving the performance evaluation, permit the employees to being shareholder, strengthen vocational training for employees.The purpose of this paper is to research the incentive system of international trade company. By this work, the company manager can improve the effect of employee motivation. It would be useful for providing solution of this kind of problems in the same type of company.
