The geographical location of Kazakhstan is located in Central Asia, it is adjacent to western areas of China. It is the world's largest landlocked country. Kazakhstan is one of the foremost important countries in Central Asia. Its predecessor, the Kazakh Soviet Social Republic, declared independence of Kazakhstan on December 16,1991. In recent years, Kazakhstan's economy has grown at 7.6%, and people's living standards have improved steadily. Kazakhstan is close to the west of China.Since China and Kazakhstan established diplomatic relations in 1992, bilateral relations have maintained healthy and stable development and the two countries have completely resolved the border issue left over by history, under the high degree of attention and joint efforts of the two countries'leaders. The two sides signed the "China-Kazakhstan Cooperation Strategy in the 21 st Century," "China Kazakhstan Economic Cooperation and Development Plan" and other important documents, and they have laid a solid foundation for pragmatic cooperation in various fields.Development of bilateral trade cooperation in the standardization process can achieve a mutual beneficial Kazakhstan-Chinese trade. Bilateral between two countries has a great potential effect in promoting trade between two countries and to achieve more prosperity and development in trade between two countries.Economic and trade exchanges between China and Kazakhstan has a long history and remarkable achievements. The steady growth of bilateral trade volume has a positive impact on both countries' foreign economic globalization and regional economic integration.Kazakhstan's second largest trade partner is China, following Russia in the Commonwealth of Independent State countries. Since establishment of diplomatic relationship in 1992, China and Kazakhstan have expanded their economic cooperation, and the trade between the two countries has witnessed rapid development. The leaders of the two countries have frequently exchanged visits, which resulted in mutual political trust being continuously strengthened.
