Marketing strategy is an important part of enterprise management, it is a valuable resource for the operation and development of enterprises. The appropriate market marketing strategy can help an enterprise to improve marketing efficiency, enhance market force, and help the enterprise to realize a rapid and efficient development. Therefore, It is necessary to research the market environment and competitive situation and develop a marketing strategy suited to the enterprise.Emerson Network Power Co., Ltd. is the leading enterprise of the computer room infrastructure industry, whose marketing strategy is representative of the industrial products industry. The effective product strategy has playded an important role during Emerson Network Power Co., Ltd achieved today's market position. But the lack of Emerson Network's marketing strategy has gradually revealed along with the change of the market environment. This article analyzes the market environment of Emerson Network Power Co., and points out the advantages and disadvantages of Emerson It also made research on the marketing strategy of Emerson, and pointed out the existing problems of its product strategy. According to the problem of Emerson's product strategy and characteristics of Emerson, this paper tries to provide solutions. It also put forward the concrete implementation scheme.
