The rapid development of the Internet era,especially themobile internet's popularization and consummation in recent years,it brings great opportunities and challenges for the development and transformation of many traditional industries. Agricultural products as a class of productwhich is closely linked with people's life.Its mode of sales also spend a lot of time traditionally,if the enterprise of agricultural products can catch the opportunity of the rapid development of Internet,the products will be moved to the internet sales,whether it can break the original industry bondage and become a new growth point of industry?In the course of the study of this text,it makes anelaboration and examples by the recent years' development of Internet industry,trying to tell everyone that many traditional enterprises have begun or have been a successful transformation through internet's help.As for the study of internet marketing about agricultural products,scholars at home and abroad also have conducted a lot of attempts at present, some domestic agricultural products sales companies are also trying toout of the pace of transformation,however,restricted by some conditions,existing internet marketing didn't obtain a very good effect. S company as a member in a team which carry out the agricultural product in internet marketing, actively seeking internet marketing to break through the industry bondage.After analysis of macro environment about the enterprise ? industry environment and S company's various comprehensive conditions,the text puts forward the S company's internet marketing strategy of agricultural products to try and gives specific suggestions for ensure the implementation of the strategy. Trying to find a internet marketing strategy of agricultural products can be used as reference model and to provide the necessary reference for Chinese enterprises which carry out the marketing of agricultural products.
