ITG Futures Company has a history of 18 years since it was founded. It was developed in the complete period of future markets consolidation(1993-2000). It has been through the recovery period(2000-2007) and the financial crisis in 2008. As for the future market, market competition has intensified, as follows: first is the fee cut-throat competition. Second is external competition.The ITG Futures Company, as has a background of the first State-owned enterprises registered in Fujian province and depending on shareholders of the Group strong strength, has opened sales departments in each city of Fujian province. What's more, the capital has increased to 500 million RMB in 2012. It has been one of the futures companies which has got the information management license in 2013 and owned the private license in 2014. But in recent years, its competitiveness is much weaker than Ruida future which is the local private enterprise. Compared with the Xingye future which has national enterprise background, it's weaker as well. Furthermore, it's chased by Jinyou future. As a result, the customer benefits always maintain between 55 million to 60 million.This paper analyzes the macro environment of future trade through PEST analysis method. By Porter five force methods, it analyzes future trade peer competition, the latest threat, the supplier bargaining capacity, the alternative products threat and customer bargaining capacity. Through SWOT method, there's an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of future trade, opportunities and threat, which obtained the overall competition environment of ITC futures in order to find out the corresponding strategy, determining the development strategy of funding tube business and risk management of subsidiary business, from which it can upgrade the core competitiveness and build up the products sales strategy for ITC futures to achieve differences of operating and improve innovation capacity. Furthermore, it can optimize the current performance assessment system and strengthen spirit of talent team construction. From above, ITC futures can occupy the front seat in the industry ranking with relative funds strength and good hedging operation business, combining the innovation business-funding tube business and risk management subsidiary extended by regulatory offices, which can form the strong core competitiveness of ITC future trade.
