Highly developed Internet created a new way of social information dissemination,but also for house purchase behavior research raised new questions. In the real estate market, the frequency is lower than the purchase transactions in financial markets, public information about the real estate transaction data deficiencies, little information from the market value of the house consumers directly obtained. The costs of specialized information search are relatively high. The Internet and news reports and other information resources has become a major way of buyers to get information and exchange information. In particular the internet information to obtain and dissemination plays important role on the purchase decisions of consumers. Therefore, the study of the influence of information network to the purchase decision is a worthy topic of emerging research. This article will apply information network theory to research the impact mechanism of networking groups on real estate individual purchase behavior and housing market.The theme of the research is the impact of network information on house buying decisions. The content is mainly composed of four parts. The first part established the model of the influence network of individual buyer in order to study the impact of house buyer group network. The information that was classified according to the visibility in network will be discussed. It analyzed the effect of information networks using the model of buyers' signal transduction and update.The second part research the similarity between the buyers in networks starting from the assumption of homogeneity of buyers networking groups. It discusses the effectiveness of the decision-making and its influencing factors in different information network environments. This part analysis the buyers risk preference based on the characteristics of utility function.The third part is the application of the purchase information network theory, the mutual influence of the individual purchase decisions and purchasing behavior, and reveals the balanced of network groups with the influence. Considering the real estate market with different transparency, establish buyer individual decision making model.Based on the analysis of the critical condition of buyer's purchase decision, we discuss the equilibrium of the group network.The fourth part combined the network information theory and buyer network decision model to analysis the effect of network group on house market. Using the willingness price of buyers to purchase, the purchase transactions under the influence of information networks are discussed. The results of the discussion can be used to illustrate the impact of information network on the supply and demand equilibrium price of the real estate market.This part establishes buyer bidding model to analysis the influence of the purchase network group to the housing bid.This paper systematically explores the interaction of buyers networking groups,individuals and housing market in the four parts. The research has theoretical and practical application significance to understand the purchase behavior of consumer in reality and to scientifically guide the development of the real estate market with policies.
