| With the fast development of economic globalization and information technology,it is imperative to enhance the capability of independent innovation and accelerate the transformation of economic growth mode for China and its enterprises.Enterprises are faced with more challenges and opportunities under this situation. The Industry-University-Research(IUR) cooperation with universities and research institutes can make up the insufficiency of intelligent resources and technology innovation which enterprises lack. Although it is more than twenty years since the beginning of IUR,there are many problems in decentralization and closed system and inefficience in the field of IUR organizational innovation,system guarantee,information communication and resource sharing.The diversity of resources between different bodies of IUR is the foundation of collaborative innovation of IUR. It is necessary to establish a platform for collaborative innovation which will realize the quick connection of IUR,exploit superior resources effectively and accelerate the industrialization and marketization of research fruit. However,it is not long since China began Industry-University-Research synergetic innovation platform so China lacks of experience in the field.This paper studies the connotation,constitution,evaluation,optimization and security of the IUR alliance.This thesis will use multi-methods and interdisciplinary approach to study the IUR cooperation.Firstly,it will analyse the background,purpose and the significance of the study on the IUR institute alliance,sum up the current research of the IUR institute alliance at home and abroad,and discover the shortcomingsof these research.Secondly,it will define the concepts of IUR,Industry-University-Research synergetic innovation and Industry-University-Research synergetic innovation platform,and divide the platforms into 3 modes according to the differences of the content and innovation bodies,and establish the organizational structures accordingly. Furthermore, an evaluating index system will be established for Industry-Industry-University-Research synergetic innovation platform and FCE(Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation) and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is applied to evaluate the system. Besides,it will qualitatively analyse the various interests of different elements of Industry-University-Research synergetic innovation platform. Moreover,it will establish a system which would ensure the continuous operation of platforms in policy,institution and service.In the end,the thesis willsurvey the current situation of Industry-University-Research synergetic innovation platform in SW corporation,understand the problems of the innovation activities,master the basic of the project,construct a suitable Industry-University-Research synergetic innovation platform which will play a role in resource sharing,knowledge and technology transfer,projects cooperation,etc.And the evaluation index system will be applied to get the assessment. Based on this,suggestions are proposed on establishing Industry-University-Research synergetic innovation platform,which are expected to achieve multi-subjects amalgamation,multi-technology integration,multi-teams collaboration,multi-information communication and multi-agent cooperation. |
