With the rise of Chinese manufacturing, China automobile industry shows rapid growth, and automobile parts manufacturing also shows explosive growth. The latter's income grows faster than the former. With the automobile industry competition intensifies day by day, the price war As one falls, automobile manufacturers pay more attention to cost control for enterprise business activities. And spare parts procurement as an important component of the cost, have gradually been automobile enterprises attention, and began to explore the effective method of controlling parts purchasing cost.In this paper, with the FAW Haima Automobile Co. Ltd as the research object, to explore effective measures to control the cost of purchasing the car manufacturers. This paper first reviews the relevant domestic research on cost control, summarizes the methods and conclusions which have reference value to the research of this paper. Then the automobile parts purchasing cost control carding theory, analyzed the control for the enterprise production and the significance of the activity of purchasing cost, and from the thought four aspects ability problem, procurement staff and structure, resource allocation and coordination and procurement system and analyzes the main influence factors of purchasing cost, based on the13kinds of common procurement cost control method is presented, and combined with the theory of product life cycle, discusses the applicability of the method of cost control of procurement.This article from four aspects constitutes the basic situation of enterprises, procurement management process, procurement cost and the existing problems. The paper analyzes the status of FAW Haima Automobile Co., Ltd. procurement cost control. On this basis, puts forward the procurement cost control improvement and optimization of design scheme. The scheme is built on the basis of the four principles, including optimization of procurement management, procurement management, construction specification control key links in cost, quality cost control and logistics cost control.
