China is a large country with agricultural,and agriculture plays the most important role in China's industry.In recent years,there are urban-rural structure,rural areas and farmers issues coming to us.Accelerate agricultural development has become our priority problem to be met and solved.To solve the "three rural" issue,in addition to policy instruments,IT is one of the primary considerations.Over the past decade,with the continuous development and progress of information technology,the Internet industry has become increasingly prosperous and Internet applications get more and more using,networks and other new media have become the most important media,including in rural youth groups,especially in social media.Because of social media' characteristics of abundance,interactive and timely,social media-related applications in the field of agriculture will have a profound impact on agriculture.It will also be an inevitable trend of information dissemination in the future.However,there are certain obstacles for us to face in social media applications,both in theory and in reality.This paper begins with the background and significance of research.Analyzes the present situation of research on agricultural information dissemination and social media,introduce concepts of agricultural information dissemination and social media,developed agricultural information dissemination as well as our traditional agricultural information dissemination,and analysis of social media in the dissemination of information on the agricultural application mode,pointing out social media and how to fit the agricultural information dissemination,and application of the problems,according to the final analysis of the reasons for the problem and trying to make certain strategies and recommendations.
