Studying the quality of job information,exploring its influencing factors and action mechanism,is very necessary for guiding college students to set up correct job hunting concept,improving efficiency of job hunting guidance,improving job seekers' employment problems and job satisfaction.From the perspective of job seekers,this paper analyzes the relationship between psychological and behavioral differences and social network formation.In this paper,job seekers as the research object,construct the model includes six variables,basic characteristics,individual characteristics of human capital,social capital,social media use,psychological characteristics,information quality,analyse the mechanism between the variables,and puts forward the related hypothesis.First,confirmatory factor analysis is used to test the reliability and validity of the sample data,then,using Logistic regression analysis to verify the hypothesis,determine the key factors that significantly affect the information quality,and analyzes the causes.Through empirical research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)job seekers' family income level negatively affects the quality of job search information;(2)offline bridging social capital has a significant positive impact on the quality of job search information.Because offline social capital is more convenient and reliable;and weak relationship can bring more fully and more accurate information for job seekers;(3)engage in part-time jobs has a significant impact on the quality of information;(4)job seekers tend to use the mapping and communication of social media,and less use of intermediary social media,It shows that the development of intermediary social media is not mature;(5)the use satisfaction of mapping and communication social media have a significant positive impact on the quality of information.Based on the above conclusions,the following policy recommendations are proposed:(1)job seekers should continue to enhance the use of mapping and communication social media in order to improve the quality of information;(2)The managers of intermediary social media should highlight the social advantages of building intermediary social media,do a good job of bridging the recruitment and job seekers,enhance the communication channels and intensity of both sides,improve the the number of job seekers who use intermediary social networking sites,and attract the applicants to use the social media to obtain information;(3)The characteristics ofindividual variable capital is a key factor affecting the quality of information,job seekers during college students should pay more attention to scientific research and academic achievements,participate in extracurricular practice and part-time job,in order to increase social work experience and enhance personal strength.;in addition,the psychological characteristics will form a certain impact on the quality of information,so should develop their own outgoing,calm,gentle exercise,open innovation thinking,cultivate the professionalism and sense of responsibility. |
