The development of economic globalization leads to the mutual penetration of banking. As to China's banking industry, developing overseas business is an important way to enhance the anti-risk ability of domestic banks, improve the service of foreign currency integration, and help our competitiveness.In this paper, we analyze the internal and external environment and risk management in south Korea, discuss the setting of branches (Bank of China) at the micro-level, provide a reference for other banks in China.After describing the research background and significance, we discuss the condition and overseas strategy, mainly focus on the case in Incheon in4aspects:developing state, bilateral ties, goals, benefits. Then we analyze the performance and risk management. In conclusion, it is feasible to set a branch in Incheon. |
