Zhuzhou smelter is the predecessor of Zhuzhou smelter Group Co., LTD. which was founded in1956, mainly in the production of lead, zinc and zinc alloy products, and comprehensive recovery of copper, gold, silver, bismuth, cadmium, indium, germanium and other rare metals, annual production capacity of about500000tons of lead and zinc.Zhuzhou smelter, as domestic leading enterprises of lead and zinc industry, a process pattern of high investment, high energy consumption and high pollution, low income production have already restricted its development. Pressures from environmental protection, resources, industrial competition forced firms to strive for their development. And as the main body of the enterprise, optimization to production processing is an important part to enterprise development. As guidance of this paper, the existing problems in the production process are analyzed by business process reengineering theory.And by using the theory and method of the constraint theory, this article summarizes successful experience of the original production system flow technical renovation used in the practice, and points out the necessity of the business process reengineering. At the same time we utilize the economic circulation theory to analysis process reengineering and also the countermeasure, comparative demonstration and specific plan scheme design. And finally we choose scheme to ensure Zhuzhou smelter with a long-term development of lead and zinc smelting jointly (direct leaching+kivcet processing). To ensure smooth implementation of production process reengineering, this paper also makes reengineering analysis and design related to production business process such as human resources, equipment maintenance and repairing. Finally, Implementation of the designed scheme of the above specific situation is introduced and the also the effect assessed. |
