Research On Material Management Of Guodian Energy Jinshan Thermal Power Plant

Materials management is an important part of business management.it is the planning,organization and control of the process of ordering,storage,and supplying of various goods required in the process of production.Managing materials successfully is beneficial to rational use and conservation of materials,improved product quality,reduced production casts,accelerated cash flow,and improved profitability. This paper analyzes the present situation of materials management at the JINSHAN National power plant,presents the problems of materials management development at the plant.combines this analysis with a summary of the characteristics of the electricity production industrymanalyzes materials management methods,including supply chain management,procurement and just-in-time purchasing,information systems and other aspects,The paper also provides recommendations for solutions to the current problems,including improved materials management performance appraisal system,introduction of talents,and improved supply chain management and other aspects.
