Network-level Information Discovery Service System Evaluation Research

With the booming development of the digital library industry,the number of digital libraries continues to increase and the scale continues to grow.Digital resources worldwide are growing explosively,the content and types of resources have become more abundant,and an academic library has been simultaneously The introduction of dozens of data resource systems has become very common.However,different data resource systems have different system architectures,information resources,user interfaces,and methods.They have become an “information isolated island” and have given users a poor user experience.Therefore,over the years,the field of library science has been studying how to integrate a large number of digital resources,providing users with a one-stop system for discovering and accessing various types of academic resources,thereby improving the effectiveness of users' use of data resources.With friendliness.Discovery service is an intelligent information discovery service model in the era of big data.A large number of database publishers and libraries and intelligence agencies attach great importance to the development of this service model and technology research.The operation process of the network-level information discovery service system is to first use the metadata storage technology to integrate heterogeneous information resources from multiple sources,and then configure the integrated information resources through the knowledge management technology,with high speed,easy retrieval of language,and quality of information resources.High-level features,can achieve a one-stop search resource service system across the library to meet a variety of multi-level user needs.This research uses the analytic hierarchy process to establish an evaluation system for network-level information discovery service systems,then selects several network-level information discovery service systems for evaluation,and then analyzes and summarizes them,and points out the insufficiency of some network-level discovery service systems.Finally,some development suggestions are made for the network-level discovery service system.
