Research On The Development Of China's Commercial Document Center

As a centralized file center,the commercial file center has developed for nearly80 years abroad.Although the commercial file center has moved into China for a relatively short time,it has developed rapidly in China.Facing the actual development environment in China,the commercial document center in China and the foreign commercial document center have some similarities,but also have some characteristics in China.The commercial file center is the result of social division of labor and economic development.The improvement of social file consciousness also provides certain social conditions for the development of commercial file center in China.This paper analyzes the background,characteristics and functions of commercial document center to analyze the development of commercial document center in China,so as to provide the methods and strategies for the benign development of commercial document center in China.This paper has four parts.The first part mainly discusses the background of the topic and the significance of the research,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and methods and innovative research contents.The second part of the document center and commercial file center comparative analysis,mainly describes the concept,characteristics and functions of commercial file center and other basic features.The development environment of the commercial document center in China is analyzed and the deficiency of the commercial document center in China is found.The fourth part mainly puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems of the commercial document center in our country,so as to strengthen the development team of the commercial document center.
