The information management of water metering and charging has always been the key point of the water supply enterprises.The advanced and reasonable of the charging system represents the service ability of the water supply enterprises.In recent years,with the development of automatic metering technology and the popularization of Internet charging mode,“real-time metering reading and paying"has become an important index to evaluate enterprise management,but at the same time,a large amount of data reading and processing and random high concurrency,it also brings serious influence on the performance of the charging system.Based on the charging system of a water supply company,this paper introduces the problems of the system performance after introducing smart meter and online paying,and presents the idea and scheme of improving the system performance through the distributed design of database,and designs the user requirements of "daily metering".First,the current situation and development of distributed database technology are analyzed,the key technology used on the performance of the system design are briefly introduced;Second,starting with finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,the paper traces the source of the system performance and studies the countermeasures,and analyzes the demand of daily metering;Third,according to the system optimization strategy and the demand analysis result of daily metering,the metering subsystem and payment subsystem are redesigned;Last,the distributed deployment of the system is realized by using the distributed technology of SQL Server database,and the related functions of daily metering are implemented,and the system performance is verified by pressure test.
