The heart is one of the most important organs of the human body,the heart of the cardiomyocytes will produce electrophysiological phenomenon,it appears in the human body surface changes in the electric field,the electric field in the human body surface can form a different potential distribution,these potential distribution can reflect the heart's physiological and Pathological condition.The body potential mapping system can detect the changes of these potential distributions.The body surface potential mapping system usually places several electrodes on the surface of the human body to pick up the ECG signal,and the computer is combined with the specific treatment to observe the surface potential distribution and its changes,To study the heart in the physiological and pathological distribution of body surface potential for the diagnosis of heart disease.As the body surface potential mapping system used by the electrode is too large,widely distributed.So it can get more information than the conventional ECG,can be observed more comprehensive and more subtle changes in the spatial activity of the heart.In foreign countries,body surface potential mapping has been used for heart disease or myocardial abnormalities in the clinical diagnosis.However,in the country,body surface potential mapping is still in the clinical trial stage,the use of cumbersome and the price and value of the disproportion is difficult to large-scale application of the main reasons.Based on this,this paper aims to reduce the cost of body surface potential mapping system,simplify the system operation steps.This paper focuses on the development of body surface potential mapping system,the main work includes the detailed design of the body surface potential mapping system hardware parts,electrode clothing,software systems and other aspects.First in the hardware part of the design using a high common mode rejection ratio,the input noise for the uV level ECG acquisition board,electrode clothing electrode selection silver button and conductive cloth,so that the electrode and the human body has sufficient contact area,To ensure the quality of ECG signal acquisition system based on the M4 core microprocessor as a data control core,coordination of data control and transmission,the system between the main control board and the lower computer to establish a stable and reliable data transmission mechanism Secondly,the multi-channel ECG data synchronization and the implementation of equipotential map generation algorithm are studied in depth,including communication protocol and filtering processing,edge table generation,equivalence point pointer table and interval increment algorithm.The system collects the96-channel ECG signal,real-time acquisition of multiple cardiac cycle data and save,extract the ECG-related information parameters through a specific algorithm can generate human body surface equipotential map,any time potential map can be on the host computer Playback system,the host computer interface,including the data playback system and waveform display module;the system after laboratory and clinical validation,performance to meet the standard requirements;the development of the system for the future to achieve more lead-based surface potential mapping system provides hardware System and software platform reference.
