The arrival of the age of the car makes vehicle terminal becoming the fastest growing terminal products after personal computer and cell phone.More and more cars make air quality and urban traffic worse and worse.To solve the promblem,we focus on vehicular ad hoc network(VANET).We expect our vehicle terminals joined up the internet to improve the QoS of internet service and our triffic.Fortunately,the development of internet of things makes it easier to come true.As we know,VANET is one of the most important part of internet of things,so it's really meaningfull to research the VANET.However,the application scene VANET is complex,which makes it develop slowly.In the development of VANET,we face kinds of challenges,such as how to solve the frequently switch of acess points on high speed,how to manage the enormous amount of vehicule terminals,how to deploy the communication system flexiblely,and so on.Facing the challenges,we researched on network coding(NC)and software defined network(SDN),analized their advantages,and brought them in VANET.We came up with some approaches to solve the problems VANET facing,and we proved them by putting up simulation environment and lots of simulations.Our main work is as following.1)We researched on network coding,and chose zigzag coding for data transmission in VENET.We improved the algorithm,realized it by programming,and simulated it.2)We proposed random shifting network coding transmitting mechanism.3)Based on NC and SDN,we proposed a data storage framework for distributed storage.4)By the research on SDN and AP choose strategy,we proposed a new AP choose strategy for VANET.
