Custom-tailor has existed in the social life for one thousand years,and with the development of technology and custom and consumption concept,and influenced by different cultures,customs,traditions,ideas and so on,garments has changed in different ways like styles,colors and other aspects.With society development,civilization progress,innovation philosophy,life changes,the custom-tailor has been the common cognition and consumption concept.And the traditional clothing store(brand),including sales site,product design,service quality,has been unable to meet consumer under the "Internet +" society.This article takes Shandong Ruyi technology group co.,LTD.,the project "custom clothing,clothing of the whole industry chain informatization system" as the research background.The consumers generally begin to choose to the personality and different styles clothing.So,we have to use the new technology and platform,WeChat,in the process of custom-tailor.In order to satisfying the customer's ever-increasing need of small accomplishment,taste,interest and individual demand,we need to increase consumer participation in the design process,to promote experience in the process of choosing,to improve the convenience in payment,to push the precision marketing in the service,to strengthen the reputation in social communication,and continue to innovate new things,new ideas and new design.This thesis mainly focuses on the research of the custom-tailor's consumer psychology,consumer behavior,sale mode,combined with the WeChat technology,puts forward a new custom-tailor management model through the aspects of design participation,consumption experience,expected demand and so on.
