In the era of great development of modern industry and science and technology,the development of precision machining and detecting industry is advancing by leaps and bounds,especially in the aspect of force control of small motors,and the demand for it is more and more rigorous.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the force control system,which has faster response speed,better tracking performance and more precise control accuracy.However,in the actual operation of the force control system,the current force control system can't meet the increasingly stringent requirements of precision machining and detection technology.PID control algorithm is the most conventional and effective control method,but the change of control signal has a greater impact on it,and the anti-interference ability is poor,which can't meet the high precision requirements of force control system.The force control system based on DSP and a voice coil motor,introduced the feedforward control and current loop PI control is proposed,analyzed,combined with the touch detection screen performance research and design process.First,this paper started the research status and development of force control system were analyzed,and the basic structure of the working principle of the voice coil motor is studied and analyzed,after analyzing the mechanical and electrical,got motor mathematical model.As for the force control system,optimization analysis of dynamic characteristic parameters and control parameters.Second,based on the mathematical model of the motor,the force control strategy of the touch screen performance was studied,and the simulation analysis was carried out.To improve the precision of response speed and force of the motor,the current loop used PI feedback control,feedforward control,detection of rotor position in real time,dynamic feedforward compensation in the form of remedy force lag,improved force accuracy and response speed.Third,the hardware system of force control system was designed.Hardware system design includes: DSP controller and its peripheral circuit design,drive circuit design,current sampling signal and over-current protection circuit design and engineering position detection circuit design.Fourth,the software system of force control system was designed.The software design includes: the main program design,interrupt service subroutine design,feedforward algorithm programming,the whole program uses modular design,including the current loop module design and position detection module design.The simulation experimental platform was established,the experimental study was carried out,the experimental data were analyzed,and the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of the control method were verified.
