With the development of China's military, the number of applications in a variety of weapons and equipment components was increased, which required the management of military components more intelligent. Meanwhile, to better security, that brought a big challenge to the components management. This topic comes from a unit commitment to the outdoor of weapons maintenance tasks. Aiming to satisfy the intelligent managing requirements of the components used in outdoor maintenance, the corresponding system of the outdoor maintenance components was developed. The intelligent management system was divided into three subsystems: control system, management system, power supply system.The control system adopted the sub-function design. The system chose the stepping motor as electric shock to drive the damping cabinet, then the built-in drawer could enable the component in or out the database. STM32F103 chip was adopted as the main control chip. The software wrote by C programming language, and uses the S shape adjusting method to adjust the speed of the stepping motor to ensure the smooth running of the drawer in the field environment. The modular design of the top was used in this system, and the visual programming technology VC++ was used to design and develop each function module of the management system.at the same time.The database access technology was used to access the component database and the administrator database, enable the user rights management, component access management, browsing records and other functions work; The Power supply system was the power support of the whole outdoor maintenance component intelligent management system. However, the system cannot ensure that the 220 V AC voltage input source supply all the day because the harsh outdoor operating environment. To ensure the intelligent management system work, the UPS power and large power battery as well as DC/DC power module was used. Meanwhile, the serial communication was added into the control system and management system to ensure the information exchange between them.The experimental results showed that the intelligent management system of outdoor maintenance components could meet the requirements of intelligent. The system has strong robust which could guarantee the system running smoothly and safely in the outdoor operation environment.the system fill the blank of the unit for intelligent management.
