Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of science and technology in the world, the level of all aspects of the country has been increasing, and the communication technology has undergone tremendous changes in recent years.China has successfully entered the ranks of the power country of information and communication industry. The development of communication technology from 1G to 5G,meantime we demand more and more spectrum resources, and because the band resources are not infinite,so trying to use a small part of the band to complete the development of communication technology has become a research hot spot.In recent years, researchers have found that cognitive radio technology can detect spectral holes,re-use the unused frequency bands,to solve the current problem that spectrum utilization is not high,at the same time, many scholars proposed a number of cooperate spectrum sensing algorithm to detect the unused frequency band, and the sensing process of the cooperate spectrum sensing algorithm consume more energy than the traditional spectrum sensing,so it is the research focus to improve the perceived precision and reduce the energy consumed by the sensing process.Firstly, the growth and progress of cognitive radio technology has been introduced since its introduction, and introduces the concept of cognitive radio in a general way,the core technology, the research status at home and abroad and the future development trend, and then introduces the perceived energy consumption according to the characteristics of its core technology. And to lay the foundation for the knowledge of cooperate sensing of cognitive radio and its perceived energy consumption.Secondly,in cognitive radio networks, cooperate radio spectrum sensing algorithm has the disadvantage of high energy consumption,a selective triggered cooperative spectrum sensing algorithm(STCSS)has been proposed, which is based on the current spectral perceived energy threshold to determine whether to trigger the second cooperative spectrum sensing,So that cooperative spectrum sensing is triggered only when necessary to reduce energy consumption and communication costs. Finally,we study the perceived energy consumption of cognitive radio, and a modeling study of spectrum-sensing energy consumption in wireless cognitive networks(WCN)based on Poisson distribution is proposed. The spectrum sensing energy is fitted for the function of spatial density of WCN,the number of cognitive users and the function of hops, the spectrum-sensing energy consumption is modeled as a gamma truncated distribution, and the scientific rationality of this modeling is verified by simulation.Simultaneously, the energy consumption of STCSS algorithm is simulated by using the above modeling method, calculate the energy consumption of the proposed method, and compare with the traditional cooperative spectrum sensing algorithm,in some spectral sensing Time, the STCSS algorithm enhances the detection probability and reduces energy consumption and communication costs.
