With the significant development of economic and cultural level,people's requirement towards living quality and working environment become increasingly higher.At the meantime,in order to manage numerous goods,warehouses appear numerously,management issue of warehouse is put on agenda.With the large increasing of warehouse,it management difficulty increasing largely at the same time,then,how to optimize daily management of warehouses become a new topic.This paper analyzes developing situation of domestic and oversea warehousing system and an Internet of Things warehousing system based on embedded Linux is design which relied on Internet of Things technology,wireless communication technique,embedded Linux technology and sensor technology.The system adopts B/S framework,working staffs could log in web client via PC to achieve remote controlling and monitoring function of a warehouse.By gathering environmental data?temperature,humidity,illumination and other data?through data gathering terminal M0,the gathered data will be transferred to FS4412?operating Linux system?via ZigBee network.As the data processing center and server for Internet of Things warehousing system,FS4412 achieves controlling and remote monitoring of warehousing system intellectualization.Main studying work of this paper includes:transplant of Linux operating system on FS4412 development board based on Cortex-A9;on the basis of analyzing functional requirement of warehousing system,by making use of Linux C language and multi-thread synchronization,as well as inter-process communication technology,to design main program of data gathering terminal,detailed design and implementation process of threads in the respects of storage,receiving,analysis and process,equipment controlling of warehousing data are emphatically introduced;on the basis of analyzing functional requirement of data gathering terminal M0,main program of data gathering terminal MO is designed and detailed design of each gathering equipment is introduced emphatically;then warehousing system is integrally tested and basic functions are achieved,it runs steadily.Researching work of this system functions a promoting role to intellectualization and automation of Internet of Things warehousing system,which has a certain practical value and wide application prospect.
