With the ongoing Development of Virtual Reality,IOT and social network,individual's living status in the internet era has been unprecedentedly reforming.As a result of that,traditional industry,such as book retail business is facing competition from e-commerce websites.Galleries which stand for the eslite class have been rather active on interactions via social media.Fresh things,such as Cross-Boundary,Mix&Match and entertaining art experience have become popular while individual's craving for convenient lifestyle.The boundaries between every business within culture industry are blurred.Enterprises could benefit from it and come up with their unique branding strategy by tackling multiple areas.In this dissertation,Eslite Gallery and Eslite Bookstore,Taiwan' s cultural landmark will be selected as an example to explain this phenomenon by analysing its history,events,departments and branding strategy.Consolidating new business model of managing contemporary art in culture industry while traditional markets are facing depression.As culture industry practitioners,we should all adapt in internet thinking,redefine branding positioning,maintain diversification to gain benefit from this internet era.
