Compared to microcells, macrocells have characteristics of low transmission power and small size.5G has higher requirement for system rate and user capacity especially multiple access methods. The non orthogonal multiple access technology has been paid to attention due to realize carrying more user data based on traditional resources, and SCMA is one of them.SCMA can achieve different overload by using sparse codebooks, and also can produce different codebook resources according to the configuration parameters, which meets the needs of the system capacity. Therefore,in view of the technical features of SCMA,this paper focuses on SCMA resource allocation research based on the downlink cellular system.First of all,in order to satisfy the fairness of micro cellular downlink network users, this paper studies the resource allocation of downlink SCMA microcell system based on proportional fairness.Because of the close relationship between the SCMA codebook and the time-frequency domain, the system will acquire different system performance when users use different downlink codebooks or the same codebook is assigned to different users, and the current codebook allocation adopts random codebook allocation strategy.Based on this, this paper presents an improved algorithm based on the minimum proportion fairness rate of the codebook allocation scheme, then discusses the power allocation scheme, which adopts the water filling power allocation algorithm to further optimize the system rate. The simulation shows that the proposed system rate has been improved compared to the system rate based on the OFDMA system, and the users remain relatively fair.Secondly, about the system rate maximization in microcells, this paper studies codebooks and power resource allocation based on the downlink SCMA microcell system in aim to max system rate.Because of the relationship between SCMA codebooks and subcarriers, this paper presents a SCMA codebook allocation algorithm based on user Channel State Information(CSI),and the power allocation adopt the average allocation strategy to max the system rate.In order to make a synchronous comparison with the SCMA system, this paper simulate the system rate on OFDMA system under the same subcarrier conditions. The simulation results show that the SCMA allocation algorithm based on user CSI under the system model used in this paper can effectively improve system performance.Thirdly,in order to solve the interference problem between the microcells, this paper studies the grouping interference management based on the microcells. This paper mainly does some research on closing some sub frame micro about cellular base station to reduce the interference between adjacent microcells in the time division multiplexing network, which can improve the throughput of the whole system, three different grouping schemes are given. Finally, this paper draws the comparison between three grouping standard by system simulation, and analyses the different schema. Finally, this paper summarizes the full text, and then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the proposed algorithm and system model. In addition, this paper points out the further research direction of the dynamic resource allocation communication technology.
