With the rapid development of the global economy, the number of vehicles is increasing, which facilitates day-to-day travel but also brings a series of problems, such as traffic jams, traffic accidents, environmental pollution and so on.As a network that can solve the real-time sharing of vehicle to vehicle, vehicle to people, vehicle to roadside infrastructure information,Vehicular Network plays a key role in responding to existing traffic problems. At the same time, due to rapid changes in network topology, complex communication environment, limited bandwidth, and explosive growth in the number of vehicles in the Vehicular Network, current wireless communication technologies is still unable to meet the quality of service(QoS)requirements of Vehicular Network. With the development of mobile communications, the fifth generation of mobile communications(5G)has proposed a series of new performance standard, and there are many emerging technologies that can be applied to Vehicular Network. Therefore, this dissertation focuses on the study of the network architecture and resource allocation strategy for Vehicular Network in the 5G era.Firstly, the thesis introduces the research status and communication technology of Vehicular Network, analyzes the different requirements of the safety and non-safety businesses in Vehicular Network. This thesis also analyzes the advantages of the emerging technologies in the 5G briefly. After combining the characteristics of Vehicular Network,a 5G-oriented Vehicular Network architecture is put forward,in which network slicing and Sparse Code Multiple Access technologies are applied. The transmission mechanism is also introduced in detail.Secondly, under the proposed network architecture, the optimization problem is established with the goal of optimizing system transmission performance, and a resource allocation algorithm based on Lagrange duality is proposed.Matlab was used to simulate and analyze the performance of the proposed network architecture and resource allocation algorithm.Simulation results show that the proposed network architecture has obvious advantages over traditional technologies. And in terms of improving the overall system transmission rate, the resource allocation algorithm based on Lagrange duality is superior to the traditional power average allocation and carrier random allocation algorithm. Finally, from the perspective of user satisfaction, the thesis establishes an optimization problem for user satisfaction, proposes a dynamic and static combination; It first performs initial allocation, and then carries out a redistribution resource allocation strategy.Simulations show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve user satisfaction.
