In the field of computer vision and image processing,the recognition and expression of curves are very important for the understanding of the image.Meanwhile,curvature is also an important set of information about the object's characteristics,and also has a very important application in the production of our lives.At present,the international research on curvature calculation is divided into two aspects:one is applied to industrial and image processing application-level curvature calculation,the other is based on the human brain visual system of curvature calculation study.Among them the curvature calculation based on the human visual system is relatively slow.Corner is an important feature in the image,it contains a lot of image feature information,so in computer vision and image processing it has a very important position,and is also a hot research direction.In nature there are far more curves than straight lines,the human visual system can easily distinguish between curves and straight lines,by which kind of mechanism the human visual system recognizes bending?By what kind of visual cells in the visual cortex of the brain?Is it possible to apply the mechanism of human visual system identification to corners detection?Therefore,corner detection based on human visual system has been paid more and more attention.The cells in the human V1 visual cortex contains simple cells,complex cells and super complex cells.Dobbins et al.found a kind of complex cell-end-stopped cell is capable of responding to bending.Based on the above theory,and follow the cell conduction mechanism,we use proposed simple cell model of Edge Cell by H Yu.It's used as the basis to construct the End-stopped Cell and the Curvature Cell.We give a set of solutions for a series of problems such as curvature calculation,corner detection,through the theoretical system and the construction of the instantiation models.At the same time,in order to verify whether this theoretical system is practical and convincing,a series of experiments are conducted to explain the cause of Delboeuf-Like illusion.
