Machine vision technology from the beginning of the development will be widely used in various fields,the key lies in its speed,large amount of information,features and more features.Among them,the most widely used is the industrial production line of product automation testing.The use of machine vision detection system can improve the detection speed,detection efficiency,reduce industrial production costs,so in recent years,many of the machine vision technology research are concentrated in the field of industrial testing.Based on the requirements of the project,this paper studies the pump head defect detection system based on machine vision technology and a new fast acquisition algorithm for ROI region affine transformation parameters.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In this paper,the first chapter summarizes the background of this subject,the development of machine vision technology,the status quo at home and abroad,as well as the research content and research significance.The second chapter discusses the system requirements,the overall design scheme and the functional modules.This chapter discusses in detail the part of the machine vision hardware system,the machine vision technology research and development can not be separated from the camera light source and other hardware,and hardware selection and optical path design directly determines the system performance and reliability,so the camera,Light source and other models and their application for a detailed discussion.In particular,the light source part,as the most important part of the detection system,the appropriate light source and optical system directly affect the quality of the captured image and the difficulty of post-image processing.So choose the right light source with the optical system can reduce the difficulty of late image processing to increase the performance and stability of the system.This chapter also discusses how glare is removed and the principle of glare is eliminated.The third chapter mainly discusses three commonly used corner detection operators in corner detection algorithm,and discusses their principles.By comparing the Moravec operator,the Harris operator and the SUSAN operator,we find that the Harris operator has the best effect on the corner detection of the object in the project.Therefore,we use the Harris operator as the image processing Algorithm of corner detection algorithm.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the corner matching algorithm,roughly discusses the four elements of the corner matching algorithm,and a detailed study of their own derivation of a set of optimal affine transformation parameters of the formula(that is,a new ROI region affine transformation parameters Fast acquisition algorithm),the key derivation process and experimental verification.By using the set of formula to achieve the project image processing algorithm in the corner matching algorithm part,directly and quickly find the corner matching the required rotation rotation parameters.Experiments show that the formula can be very perfect with the image processing algorithm in the system.In the fifth chapter,we discuss the machine vision software system developed by MFC + halcon based on VC6.0 platform,which is designed for the overall structure design and function module design of the software system.In this paper,the software design system of MFC + halcon is developed.The The overall structure of the design discussed the camera initialization,call the callback function,set the start timer,open up multi-threaded,control solenoid valve.Each part of the function module mainly includes the camera control module,the image acquisition module,the image processing module,the serial communication and the light source control module.In this part,some of the image processing algorithms used in this system are discussed.The image processing algorithm is used in the machine vision detection system Is the most important and the most important part of the project.In this study,the design of the pump head defect detection system after a lot of experimental tests show that the system can be on the surface of the chemical pump head surface defects can be accurately detected,the effective realization of the daily cleaning of the surface of the pump head defects in real-time non-contact detection.
