Radio frequency identification(Radio Frequency Identification)technology in the identification of the target without contact,the use of radio frequency signals through spatial coupling to achieve information transfer,RFID technology has the characteristics of accurate data processing,high reliability,non-contact,reusable and so on.RFID technology is widely used in logistics,medical,transportation,food and other areas of intelligent identification.With the development and application of horizontal well technology,the development of the traditional staged fracturing technology can not solve the problems such as the number of fractures,the diameter of the wellbore and so on.In order to improve the operability of the fracturing tool and solve the problem of fracturing limit,this paper applies radio frequency identification(RFID)technology to the fracturing,Through the study of RFID data transmission principle,analyze the factors that affect its performance,combined with the actual conditions of the oil field,to achieve an unlimited number of sub-fracturing.There are still many problems in the application of intelligent sliding tool based on RFID technology,the communication technology of RFID system and the design of RFID system is the key.In this paper,based on the study of the principle of radio frequency identification technology,the feasibility and main technical parameters of applying RFID technology to the fracturing sleeve are discussed.By combining the actual working conditions of the oil field,the factors affecting the working performance of the oil field are analyzed,the RFID tag and antenna are designed,and the low frequency signal transmission mode of 125KHz is determined as the working frequency of the RFID system.This paper designs the hardware circuit of the reader by determining the operating frequency of the RFID system.It mainly includes the design of the main control chip circuit,the carrier circuit,the detection circuit and the filter amplifier shaping circuit.Based on the law of electromagnetic induction of induction voltage characteristics of intelligent sliding sleeve label work in low frequency antenna,and on the basis of induction voltage characteristics using MATLAB simulation of the reader antenna(solenoid)length,diameter,tag antenna type and other factors on the signal recognition rate influence.At the same time,a variety of environmental problems caused serious impedance mismatch problem,greatly reducing the reliability of radio frequency identification control system.Completed the RFID reader hardware design,debugging and software part of the code,and carried out the RFID system function test.An adaptive impedance matching method for oil well application is applied,and the reader and tag antenna are simulated.This paper analyzes the reliability and efficiency of the RFID system in the fracturing jacket system,and puts forward some effective measures to solve the problems.In this paper,the research on intelligent fracturing sleeve is made in the application of RFID technology in the fracturing sleeve,which provides a new way to realize the unrestricted fracturing series.
