Multi-bus Data Recording And Playback System Research And Design

With the rapid development of electronic technology and the continuous expansion of bus technology,the bus in the embedded system has the characteristics of increasing the bus type,increasing the transmission speed and increasing the amount of data transmission.And the same system to work in a variety of types of bus situation is becoming more and more common,the complexity of the system is more and more high,which make the bus data records analysis in system research has become an essential step.It is very important for the system debugging,fault diagnosis,fault locating and shortening the maintenance time to do the analysis of the system bus data.The complexity of the bus data and the uncertainty of the fault in system running,making the frequency of occurrence of the same fault in the system reduced.If waiting for the recurrence of these failures may take a long time,this will inevitably increase the troubleshooting time.The recorded data play back to the system using the data recorder replace the faulty node,can increase the chances of getting the same fault,achieve rapid positioning of faults,shorten the development cycle of the system.Therefore,the solution to the bus data playback is also a key technology to the bus data recording system.In order to record and replay the bus data,a data recording and playback system with multi-processor for data acquisition and storage is designed.The system supports RS485 bus,CAN bus and Ethernet bus record alone or multi-bus combination of records,which solves the problems such as the dropping frames caused by the slow processing speed in current bus data recording system,and improves the overall speed of the data recording system in multi-bus data recording.The scheme of multi-bus data recording and playback system,which has the advantages of simple capacity expansion,low cost,short development cycle and high reliability,provides a new idea for the data recording of multi-bus system.
