The high-precision,real-time measurement of the velocity parameters of the moving object has a wide range of applications in the detection field.Compared with the traditional speed measurement method,optical speed method has many irreplaceable advantages,for example,it can achieve non-contact measurement,strong anti-interference,wide measurement range.Spatial filtering velocimetry(SFV)is a kind of optical velocity measurement method.In this paper,the spatial filtering velocimetry method is studied deeply.In this paper,the traditional optical velocity measurement method is introduced,and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.The spatial filtering velocity measurement method is mainly studied.The filtering characteristics of the fiber array are analyzed;the center frequency deviation and the bandwidth of the typical rectangular spatial filter are studied;The key parameters of the spatial filter are discussed.Three derivate techniques of spatial filtering velocimetry are introduced.Then,an optical fiber array spatial filtering and velocity measurement system is designed.The system consists of a lens,an optical fiber array spatial filter,a photoelectric detection circuit,an amplifier circuit,a USB data acquisition card,and a computer.This system can be used to measure a variety of moving target.The requirement of measuring target is analyzed.The measurement precision and resolution of the system are analyzed.The method of eliminating the fundamental frequency component of the system is analyzed.The scheme of the system to realize the two-dimensional velocity component measurement is proposed.Finally,the photoelectric detection circuit and the signal processing system are tested.The measuring experiment of the light-emitting frequency of the light source is done.The measurement experiment of the motor speed is done.The simulation and physical experiment of the belt speed measurement are done.
